UK's Foreign Minister Dominic Raab has said that there was no doubt that some countries were using COVID-19 vaccines as a diplomatic tool to gain influence across the world. "We don't support vaccine diplomacy," Raab added. "We think that we have got a moral duty, but also a strong vested interest in getting the world vaccinated," he further said.
