A US Trade judge recommended that certain iPhone models be banned after concluding that Apple had infringed a Qualcomm patent. In a separate ruling on the same day, US' International Trade Commission rejected Qualcomm's complaint that Apple had infringed a battery-saving feature related patent, Bloomberg reported. The American companies have been locked in a dispute for two years.
