A voter in West Bengal's Siliguri alleged that proxy vote was cast in her name during ongoing Assembly elections. "My daughter and I came to vote...I cast my vote...after which we were told that someone already cast the vote in her name," the voter's father said. "We were asked to call DLO, who said it's [beyond my jurisdiction]," he added.
