Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania informed Supreme Court that their four-year-old son is at a boarding school in Faridabad. Nikita's lawyer said the child will be taken to Bengaluru so he can stay with his mother as she's required to stay in Bengaluru under bail conditions. SC directed Nikita to produce the child in court on January 20.
