Daniel McAvoy, the son of US District Judge for the Northern District of New York Thomas McAvoy, has been accused of secretly recording women engaged in sex acts in his Manhattan home. Daniel has been indicted on 29 felony counts. The recordings were cataloged on more than 150 DVDs, which have been seized by the police.
