Actress Sonakshi Sinha has apologised for using the word "bhangi" during an interview after Valmiki Samaj protested against her remark and burned her effigies in UP's Moradabad. Speaking about airport looks, Sonakshi had commented, "Yeh thodi hai ki purposely...'bhangi' banke chali jaaungi." She apologised for the same and wrote that her remark was "unintentional" and "un-derogatory to anyone".
