Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing has filed a new FIR against Congress' Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, along with six others, in the National Herald Case. They've been charged with criminal conspiracy to fraudulently acquire Associated Journals Ltd, parent company of now-defunct National Herald newspaper. The acquisition was made through Young Indian in which Gandhis held 76% stake.
