Sony's PlayStation 6 is likely to be launched after 2028 as Sony is considering extending PlayStation 5's life cycle, reports said. Reports added that as PS5 user activity continues to set all-time record highs according to usage data, Sony is focusing more on retaining active users than boosting console sales. Earlier, reports had said Sony would launch PS6 in 2027.
