Sony Group Corp is promoting Chief Financial Officer Hiroki Totoki to President and Chief Operating Officer, while current President Kenichiro Yoshida will retain his positions as Chairman and CEO, Nikkei reported. Totoki's promotion will strengthen the company's "top-two" management structure, along with Yoshida, as the group moves into growth areas like electric vehicles, the report added.
