Twitter owner Elon Musk has stated that the microblogging platform's video upload is "bad". He tweeted, "Sorry our video upload is so bad! We're working on major improvements." He added, "I recommend 480p for video longer than 10 [minutes]...That resolution is fine for phone/laptop users." Further, he said videos posted natively to Twitter will be boosted more than external links.
