The South Calcutta Law College, which was shut since June 29 following an alleged gang rape incident, reopened on Monday. However, the college campus is witnessing tight security arrangements with police being deployed on the premises. A notice by the college stated that students without a valid official purpose wouldn't be allowed to enter the premises.
