South Indian Bank has identified a candidate with experience of over 20 years in the banking sector for the position of Managing Director, ET Now reported. The bank's board has reportedly backed the idea of hiring internally for the position. South Indian Bank's current MD and CEO Murali Ramakrishnan has reportedly been grooming the candidate himself.
