The National Medical Council (NMC) recently announced the names of the government and private hospitals that have been granted permission to start the MBBS course in 2024-2025. Among the 31 applications from South India, 12 have been granted permissions. NMC received 11 applications from Telangana, eight from Andhra Pradesh, five from Karnataka, five from Tamil Nadu, and one from Kerala.
