Hyderabad's SAS Infra is constructing South India's tallest skyscraper, SAS Crown, in Kokapet. The 57-storey building is 235 meters tall, and will be completed by March 2027. At 4.5 acres it offers 250 units across five towers. SAS Crown will surpass Bengaluru's 50-story skyscraper to become the region's tallest. Hyderabad to rank 2nd in India for skyscrapers by 2030.
