South Korea wants to popularise eating insects

South Korea's government is funding restaurants and food labs to make its citizens more comfortable with the idea of eating insects. Restaurants are reportedly trying to make food with insects look 'presentable' by incorporating them into regular food. South Korea wants to expand its insect industry, worth 304 billion won ($278 million) in 2015, to 530 billion won by 2020.
