DRDO Chairman Samir V Kamat said space has become the dominant domain that will determine outcome of future conflicts. He said India's research investment remains insufficient, adding, "We definitely need to scale this up if we have to catch up with our rivals." He also called for a "whole-of-nation" approach to bridge the capability gap with rapidly advancing space powers.
