Spacetech startup GalaxEye acquires Bengaluru-based firm StarOps

GalaxEye has acquired Bengaluru-based spacecraft engineering company StarOps, gaining its satellite platforms, proprietary technologies and engineering expertise. The deal adds qualified satellite bus platforms across 50 kg, 150 kg and 250 kg classes, along with testing infrastructure and engineering tools. GalaxEye is developing Earth observation capabilities using its proprietary technology.
