SpaceX planning to buy startup Cursor for $60 bn 30 days after IPO

SpaceX expects to complete its $60 billion acquisition of AI coding startup Cursor around 30 days after it starts public trading, the Elon Musk-owned company said in its IPO filing. The listing could begin next month under the 'SPCX' ticker. If the Cursor deal collapses, SpaceX would pay a $10 billion cash breakup fee tied to the companies' joint projects.
