Spain's PM Pedro Sanchez said that the country would lift the mandatory outdoor face-mask rule from June 26 amid declining COVID-19 cases. "In the coming days, our streets and our faces will regain their normal appearance...We'll start to enjoy life in the street without wearing a mask," he added. Earlier this week, France also lifted the mandatory outdoor mask-wearing mandate.
