Spain-based company Gik has introduced a blue-coloured wine, which has been made from red and white grapes. The company has said the wine tastes "sweet and blue," while part of its colour is derived from "organic pigments" extracted from the skin of red grapes. A bottle of Gik Blue Wine can be pre-ordered from their website for $16 (about ₹1,000).
