Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla scolded Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi for directing members to enter Well of the House in protest during PM Narendra Modi's speech on Tuesday. Opposition leaders created ruckus in the House during PM Modi's Motion of Thanks to the President's address. Leaders were heard chanting "nyay do, nyay do" in Lok Sabha.
