SpiceJet and its MD Ajay Singh assured the Delhi High Court that they will pay ₹140 crore to KAL Airways and its promoter Kalanithi Maran in their long-running arbitration dispute. The payment schedule includes an initial ₹50 crore deposit within 45 days and the remaining ₹90 crore over the next 90 days. The next hearing is scheduled for September 21.
