SpiceJet passenger misses flight despite arriving 2 hours early

A SpiceJet passenger claimed he missed his Mumbai-Delhi flight despite reaching the airport two hours before departure. Sarthak Choudhary alleged that the airline changed the flight timing from 11:20 pm to 10:20 pm, informing him just 35 minutes earlier. He also complained about long queues, inadequate staff and being marked as a no-show.
