Spinny is poised to acquire GoMechanic for about ₹450 crore in a cash-and-stock deal, marking its entry into the car-servicing and after-sales space. The Hero–Lifelong–Stride consortium will fully exit, while GoMechanic’s revamped management will stay on. The acquisition gives Spinny a lean, stabilised operation and a nationwide service network across 150+ cities.
