Music streaming platform Spotify has introduced 'verified' badge to help users distinguish human musicians from AI-generated content. Spotify further said that over 99% of artists that listeners search for will be verified after the launch. The roll out over coming weeks would help prioritise artists with cultural and historic contributions to music, rather than "content farms", Spotify added.
