Russian Direct Investment Fund on Wednesday announced the Sputnik V vaccine has demonstrated 97.2% efficacy against COVID-19 in Belarus. The efficacy of Sputnik V was measured based on data from over 860,000 people vaccinated between January-July 2021. The data from Belarus Health Ministry also confirmed the high safety of the vaccine, with no deaths or adverse effects associated with vaccination.
