SRF Limited signed an MoU with Tata Steel Special Economic Zone Ltd on September 12, 2025, for acquiring land in Gopalpur, Odisha, worth about ₹282 crore (excluding taxes). The land will support new projects in SRF’s Chemicals Business. A definitive sub-lease will follow after due diligence and fulfilment of payment obligations within the agreed timeframe.
