SRH bought wicketkeeper-batter Heinrich Klaasen for ₹5.25 crore in the IPL 2023 auction on Friday. They also bought England leg-spinner Adil Rashid for his base price of ₹2 crore. Klaasen has played for RCB and RR in the past and last played an IPL match in 2019. Rashid played a single IPL game for PBKS in 2021.
