A Sri Lankan Airlines captain has been grounded after allegedly locking his female copilot out of the cockpit during a 10-hour flight from Sydney to Colombo. The incident occurred when the copilot stepped out for a restroom break, after which the captain locked the door in violation of safety regulations. A senior crew member later intervened, allowing the copilot to return.
