AppsForBharat, the firm behind devotional app Sri Mandir, has raised $18 million (about ₹151 crore) in a funding round led by Nandan Nilekani's investment firm Fundamentum. The round also saw participation from Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital and existing investors like Elevation Capital, Peak XV and Mirae Asset VC. AppsForBharat was founded by IIT Bombay alumnus Prashant Sachan.
