Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy was seen publicly scolding Karimnagar District Collector Pamela Satpathy, questioning her "common sense". Reddy reportedly lost his cool over an alleged protocol breach during the event and lashed out at the IAS officer in front of officials and public. "What're you doing? Have you no common sense?" he was heard saying in a video.
