Staff work as rain floods new Ganga Expressway toll booth in UP

A newly inaugurated stretch of Uttar Pradesh's Ganga Expressway in Unnao was severely waterlogged after a few hours of rain. Nearly two feet of water accumulated on the access ramp, while rainwater entered the toll booths. Despite being surrounded by murky water, employees continued working. The flooding has raised questions over the expressway's drainage, construction and maintenance systems.
