Standard Capital Markets Ltd, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) has announced allotment of non-convertible debentures (NCD) on a private placement basis. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting, approved the allotment of 10,000 unrated, unlisted, secured NCDs. These NCDs have a face value of ₹1 lakh each for a total of ₹100 crore.
