Standard Chartered banker Simon Cooper, who was once considered a frontrunner to replace CEO Bill Winters, is set to depart the bank as part of a management reshuffle. "These changes will ensure we have the strongest possible team in place," CEO Winters said about the restructuring. Cooper has led the bank's corporate, commercial and institutional banking divisions for eight years.
