Stanford dropout & Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes convicted of fraud in US

Blood-testing startup Theranos' Founder Elizabeth Holmes has been found guilty of four charges, including conspiracy to commit fraud against investors and three counts of wire fraud, in US. The 37-year-old could face up to 20 years in prison. Holmes dropped out of Stanford to start Theranos, which was valued at $9 billion before it collapsed in 2018 over fraud allegations.
