Starc, Mehidy involved in heated exchange over running on pitch

Australia pacer Mitchell Starc was involved in a heated exchange with Bangladesh's Mehidy Hasan Miraz during Day 2 of the first Test in Darwin. Starc objected after Mehidy ran down the middle of the pitch while taking a single and told him, "Get off the wicket." The umpire intervened as words were exchanged.
