StarlinePS Enterprises has invested ₹160 crore in Celloraa Energy to set up a 1.2 GW Domestic Content Requirement (DCR)-compliant solar cell manufacturing facility in Surat, Gujarat. The project aims to expand domestic solar cell production as India increases its renewable energy manufacturing capacity. The facility will manufacture solar cells that meet the government's DCR requirements.
