Starlink will start slowing down the internet speed for residential customers who use over 1TB of 'Priority Access' data per month recorded between 7 AM and 11 PM, starting in December. The change will roll out as part of 'Fair Use' policy in the US and Canada. After crossing the threshold, users will continue to receive coverage with 'Basic Access'.
