South Korean chip startup FuriosaAI has rejected an $800 million (over ₹6,800 crore) takeover offer from Meta, Bloomberg reported. Meta, which is also working on its AI chips, had been in talks with the startup since the year's start. FuriosaAI, however, reportedly plans to raise capital before eventually launching an initial public offering (IPO).
