Indian startups are expected to give the biggest pay hikes in 4-5 years during the upcoming appraisals in 2022, with average hikes in the range of 12-15%, according to experts. Startups like Shiprocket, upGrad, Simplilearn, CredAvenue, HomeLane, CashKaro and NoBroker told ET that the average hikes in 2022 are likely to be higher than pre-pandemic levels.
