Telangana CM Revanth Reddy said his government is facing difficulties in implementing beneficiary schemes including giving retirement benefits to retired employees. His statement comes after he sought "fair" assistance from the central government for key state projects at the NITI Aayog meeting. "In matters like development there can be no scope for partisan differences," Reddy had said earlier.
