Staying culturally active may keep your body younger

A study published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health suggests that cultural engagement may be linked to slower biological aging. Researchers found that people participating in activities like museums, theatres, concerts and cinemas had a physiological age nearly three years lower than those with less cultural involvement, possibly due to improved social and mental well-being.
