Spainsh PM Pedro Sánchez condemned Israel's parliament for passing a law making death by hanging a default sentence for Palestinians convicted in military courts of deadly attacks. "This is an asymmetric measure that wouldn't be applied to Israelis who committed the same offenses...Same crime, different penalty," Sánchez added. "That isn't justice. It's one more step toward apartheid," he stated.
