In the latest episode of Figuring Out, the founder of ‘Apna’, Nirmit Parikh told Raj Shamani that earlier Apna was a job-hunting platform but soon they realized that communities play an important role so they included the feature where people created communities and soon the platform grew and many people got jobs.
