Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Monday questioned whether the decision by PM Narendra Modi to not attend the US President Donald Trump-led Gaza peace summit in Egypt is a "strategic restraint or missed opportunity". Tharoor stated, "India's choice could be seen as signalling a preference for strategic distance." Minister of State Kirti Vardhan Singh will represent India at the summit.
