A stray dog allegedly attacked a five-year-old girl and bit off her lip in Gujarat's Surat. According to an eyewitness, the minor girl suddenly came in front of the dog while she was running. The dog was chased away by local residents, who rushed to save her. According to Surat Municipal Corporation officials, local residents killed the dog.
