Stubble burning begins in Punjab

A video captured crop burning in an agricultural field in Tarn Taran, Punjab, after which Delhi CM Rekha Gupta attacked ex-CM Arvind Kejriwal for failing to stop stubble burning. She said the central government provided funds and gave machines, but the Bhagwant Mann-led AAP government couldn't implement them on the ground. Stubble burning is a major reason for Delhi-NCR's pollution.
