Amid conflict between Iran and Israel, Kolkata-based assistant professor Dr Falguni Dey said he managed to escape Tehran, which was bombed by Israel, but is now stuck at Iran's land border with Azerbaijan. Dey stated that Azerbaijani authorities aren't allowing him to enter the country without a special migration code issued by Iranian government. "My e-visa won't work," he added.
