An anti-terrorism court in Pakistan jailed a university student for 2.5 years for learning to make bombs on social media. The judge also imposed a fine of PKR 50,000 on the student who was arrested in 2022 and got bail in 2023. The student was arrested based on his social media conversations with a user from Iraq.
