An engineering student from Chennai, VV Vaageesan, has sought ₹1.1 crore from 'Amaran' makers after fans of Sai Pallavi called him repeatedly after his number was shown as belonging to the actress in the movie. He said he hasn't been able to "sleep, study, or carry out basic activities without interruptions". He claimed his requests to the team weren't answered.
